This instructional diagram is modeled after Nigel Holmes’s information design. In this 2D diagram, singular thin, clean lines allow for a refined look using tonality to imply depth rather than line. Objects are differentiated with consistent, rounded lines.
I used a consistent stroke thickness for all objects for clarity of shapes and increased thickness for the bold, red arrows so the motions and actions are indicated more clearly.
The final diagram is presented on a round accordion foldout pamphlet that could come packaged with the blush container.
